Terms and Conditions for DesertFix Handyworks LLC
**1. Scope of Work**
- The specific tasks to be completed will be detailed in the work order or estimate provided to the customer.
- Any additional work requested by the customer that is not included in the original estimate may incur additional charges.
**2. Estimates and Quotes**
- All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Estimates are based on the initial assessment and any unforeseen issues that arise during the job may affect the final cost.
**3. Payment Terms**

- Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- **Rescheduling Policy:** Customers can reschedule their appointment without penalty if done more than 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 24-48 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of $25.
- **No-Show Policy:** If the customer is not present at the scheduled time and location without prior notification, a no-show fee of $50 will be charged.
- **Emergency Cancellations:** Fees may be waived for cancellations due to emergencies, at the discretion of DesertFix Handyworks LLC.
- **Refund Policy:** Deposits or advance payments will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance. If materials have been purchased, their cost will be deducted from the refund.
**5. Warranty and Guarantees**
